Angela Faye Pelton, 51, of Duncan, Oklahoma left this world suddenly on Saturday July 27, 2019.
Graveside service will be 10:00AM Friday, August 2 at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Service arrangements are under the direction of the Don Grantham Funeral Home.
Family will receive guests on Thursday from 5-7PM at the funeral home.
Angela was born on August 22, 1967 to Jimmy and Karen McCullough in Wichita Falls, Texas. She graduated from the Ardmore High School in 1985 and attended the Red River Vo Tech studying Fashion Design and Clothing. She married Jason Pelton, the love of her life on January 27, 1986 in Gainesville, TX.
She worked in the Comanche School System until her children graduated and then left so she could spend more time with family and babysitting and spoiling grandchildren. She was a devoted wife and homemaker. Family was the most important thing in her life and she was the center of every holiday. You would always find her in the kitchen preparing meals that could feed an army. She created a home that was full of love where everyone was always welcome. Her grandchildren adored her almost as much as she did them and left all of the family with beautiful memories that everyone will cherish. She will be missed dearly by all who were lucky enough to know her.
She is survived by her husband, Jason Pelton of the home; 3 sons: Brandon Dean Pelton, Christopher Ryan Pelton and his wife Ashley and Chad Heath Pelton all of Duncan; her dad Jimmy McCullough; her mom Karen Smith; 3 brothers: James McCullough, Brian McCullough and Jonathan Harless; 2 sisters: Ladona Hays and Neta McCullough; and 5 grandchildren: Cole Pelton, Gavin Pelton, Sayde Pelton, Macayla Pelton and Teagan Pelton.
She was preceeded in death by 2 sons: Devin Thomas Pelton and Dylan Drew Pelton
