My sympathy to Al's family. Al was a real gentleman. So enjoyed singing under his leadership of the famous DU chorus.

I enjoyed the times we spent together playing in the Chisholm Trail Municipal Band and serving on the band board, as well. I also enjoyed sharing notes and stories about our Air Force experiences and our mutual love for flying... You will be missed by many!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Al was always so friendly, and thoughtful when I would bump into him at the courthouse. I will miss his smile and friendly hello. I will be thinking of you guys during this time.

Al was 2 years ahead of me in the fraternity, and I never knew him during those college years or otherwise not to have a welcoming smile on his face. He was one of those fortunate souls who always made you feel better after a planned or chance meeting. However, his talents and interests were musical, and mine were not, so we didn't spend a lot of time together. Long after college I represented him in some litigation and only then fully realized how smart, competent and dependable he was. Marian and I send our heartfelt condolences to Cecile and their family.

We thought a lot of Al. He would stop by to visit out in the yard as he would be out for a walk. Neighbors for many years, Our thoughts and prayers are with family.,
